And exhausted.
I think the dogs know that Im leaving. Well, the little dog especially. Since I got home tonight, she's been stuck to me. Even now that Im in bed, she's pressed up against me, and she never comes to bed with me, she usually sleeps on the floor in Mom's room. The big dog, of course, was also stuck to me, being as how one dog cannot get attention without the other dog wanting more. Worse than little kids...
I saw Revenge of the Sith this weekend and I thought it was good. Also related: Hayden Christensen is my new celeb crush (bonus points that he's Canadian).
Last Saturday was Boyfriend's 23rd birthday, and Sunday we were together 4 years. That's a long time.
Thursday of this week is exactly one year since my accident. I, of course, will spend it driving unfamiliar roads.
I have a super vusy weekend this weekend. I have to get up at the crack of dawn both tomorrow and Saturday. (crack of dawn = before noon) I will be some busy come Sunday, when I'll be lucky to watch the season finale of Desperate Housewives and then crash.

The dark underside of the United States has taken center stage in several films at Cannes this year, capped on Monday with a scathing attack of past and present racism in America by Danish director Lars von Trier.
and
There are a number of other films that examine dark and depressing aspects of the United States and "American Dream" losers, filled with violence, drugs and alcohol abuse. They were made by directors from the United States, Canada and Europe.
and the rest of the article just goes on to talk about the movies playing. So, my point is that on the Drudge Report, Matt Drudge's headline is "American way of life attacked in films in Cannes". So... the "American way of life" is racism, violence, drugs, and alcohol abuse? It makes me vomit that if anyone portrays the US in a bad light they're "attacking the American way of life". No wonder most of the world has a grudge against the US.
Yes, this is just dawning on me now, but when your "morning" is at 3pm, you're allowed to be a little slow on the uptake sometimes.
But on a happy note, exactly fourteen days until Halifax.
Its Mother's Day and I had set my alarm to get up at 11am so that I could see Mom before she went to work, but I woke up at 11:50am so obviously I missed her. I'll have to yell at someone for not waking me up.
I went to the Safe Grad Auction (for the local high school) yesterday and it was a lot of fun. Mom kept poking me in the back for bidding on stuff, especially when it was something that both Paul and I wanted and were bidding against each other. I ended up coming home with some sort of hair brush that moves while I blowdry instead of me having to turn the brush myself. It only cost me $12 when it was worth something like $30. Paul got a flashlight that he could easily use to jack deer or land airplanes. Plus we had free wings and a drink with each ticket, so I left the place all fat and bloated. I had a blast!
Oh, and I highly recomment playing Naked Nintendo with someone you dont mind being naked with. It's fun ;) Especially when you're playing a game like Mario Party that's all turn based. I will say nothing more on the subject. ...Try it!
We had bigwigs in at work today. My supervisor was supposed to be sitting on of them with me to listen to my calls, but he didnt and Im glad. They were dialing into the queue from downstairs and listening live, and then they came upstairs and two of them sat with guys on my team. I know my team was the only one to have them listening, I think because our AHT* is really low.
I've actually been working to get my quality scores up at work, and my break times down. I think I'll be better at quality than break times. Once I get off the phone its just so hard to get back on. I HATE taking calls on that contract. Scratch that, I hate taking calls period. I think I need a nice 9am-5pm office job. Yeah... an office job...
