Not being able to help them is the worst. The contract that I am currently on started a new thing that if the call hits 15mins we have to get them off the phone - we're not allowed to go over 18mins. It doesnt matter if we're not finished troubleshooting, we have to get them off the phone and tier 2 is supposed to call them back. I havent had to deal with one of those situations yet (because I was on Games), but I hear some of them can get nastier than usual.
