The Great Christmas War of 2005 is over. I've raised my white flag. Im going to mass with her. I know, I know, it goes against my better belief system, but sometimes you just have to suck it up on behalf of someone else. I warned her though, not to dare look at me crossways later when Im cranky from lack of nap.

sometimes, you need to bite the bullet to make things go smoothly.

but remember, they have been here longer than us, and therefore have honed their stubborness down to an artform.

it doesnt mean we should let them get away with it, it just helps us explain our "white flags"

merry christmas!

I thought my mother had learned not to ask me to go to church. I was right to think she'd gave up way too easy about christmas. Just a couple of days ago she said I really should go with her for Christmas. I said no...again. She then informed me that "god was going to get me." I just thought "shouldn't the devil be the one getting me for not going to church?" Either way...I'm not going.

I am a twenty-seven year old Canadian girl. This is my blog.

Skin and tragedy always attract a crowd. (June 18th, 1976 by Pedro the Lion)

I feel like I'm naked in front of the crowd
Cause these words are my diary screamin' out aloud
And I know that you'll use them however you want to.
