Egads! I can blog at work. This is rather exciting due to the fact that my computer at home is a piece of shit that I cant hardly even bear to look at anymore ..let alone trying to get something accomplished on it.

I moved to a different contract at work which for some reason requires us to have a computer at our desk specifically for those tools (and another one for our internal network), which also has no proxy enabled on it. Yee-haw! I can browse everywhere that I want to be able to browse.

Im now addicted to "The Urbz". It is now my favorite Sims game and I will not be happy until i OWN it (literally, natch). The past couple of nights I have been up until 2:30am playing it, which is actually okay because Im now on a new shift which has me at working until 1am some nights. I havent worked that late in two years. Needless to say Im not happy, but there's not a helluva lot that I can do about it.

Yay, break time!

So Im watching "The 20 Most Tragic Deaths In Music" on MuchMoreMusic and they keep talking about how young these people were and how much potential they had and whatnot. Its really annoying. First and foremost, not everybody lives until old age; and when you live hard you're almost guaranteed to die young (or become Ozzy Osbourne). Second, these artists got to live more and accomplish more than most other people get to in a ninety year lifetime. It matters not how long you live, but what you do in the years that you get to enjoy it. I've decided to make 2005 my year for change. I actually set goals for this year. Im not going to be silly enough to list them here just in case I dont accomplish what I intend to.
Oh, and the easiest way to make two dogs behave is to give each a bone, neither will wander away from their own for fear that the other one will take it. Worse than little kids I swear.

I had tons of stuff to post about for the past month, and honestly I was going to post about all of it but then it happened, there was a tsunami in Asia and so far the death toll is up around 150,000. How can anything in my life even compare to that? Honestly now. Nothing that we can complain about or be joyous about can even friggin compare. When a wall of water can come and wipe your world away, what I did for New Year's has absolutely no bearing.

But I will try and post more now that its 2005, not that there's anybody around to read.

I am a twenty-seven year old Canadian girl. This is my blog.

Skin and tragedy always attract a crowd. (June 18th, 1976 by Pedro the Lion)

I feel like I'm naked in front of the crowd
Cause these words are my diary screamin' out aloud
And I know that you'll use them however you want to.
